From 2021 to 2022, International Research and Training Center for Science and Technology Strategy (hereinafter referred to as “CISTRAT”), based in Chinese Academy of Science and Technology for Development (CASTED), carried out international science and technology cooperation online in accordance with the requirements of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and Ministry of Science and Technology of China (MOST).
