On October 23, 2018, CASTED hosted a seminar for the USITO Board delegation. The meeting was chaired by President Hu Zhijian. Research fellows from the Institute of S&T Systems and Management, the Institute of Technology Foresight and Evaluation, the Institute of Comprehensive Development and the Institute of S&T Investment attended the meeting.

At the meeting, experts from the two sides had an exchange of views and discussion on topics such as the cross-integration of ICT and other industries, the evolution trend of new industrial forms and business models, artificial intelligence, market environment for fair competition and innovation policies.
