On March 14, 2018, a five-member Elsevier delegation led by Saurabh Sharma, Vice President for Asia-Pacific, and Zhao Genan, Managing Director for Sales of Greater China Region visited CASTED. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on the role of objective data analysis in supporting national science and technology evaluation, and reached an intent of cooperation. Prof. Wang Hongguang of the CASTED, Director Wang Ge and Deputy Director Wei Dongyuan of the Institute for Science and Technology Forecast and Evaluation, and Deputy Director Bi Liangliang of the Scientific Research Office attended the meeting.
