CISTRAT Graduated Training Class on “B&R Countries STI Policy Research and Methods”

On the afternoon of November 18, 2016, the completion ceremony for the training class of the International Research and Training Center for Science and Technology Strategy (CISTRAT) on “Belt and Road (“B&R”) Countries STI Policy Research and Methods” was held at CASTED.

Hans Thulstrup, Programme Specialist at UNESCO Beijing Office, Zhao Xinli, Deputy Director of China Science and Technology Exchange Center (CSTEC), and Wang Fenyu, Vice President of CASTED, addressed the ceremony. During the subsequent free discussion session, the trainees spoke highly of the training class in terms of its content and organization, and expressed thanks to the sponsor and organizer. The three speakers conferred graduation certificates to the three trainees.

The training class lasted for three weeks, including two weeks of teaching and one week of study tour in Suzhou.
