The China-Japan-Korea Trilateral Science and Technology Policy Seminar is a science and technology policy exchange platform held annually and hosted on a rotational basis among CASTED, Institute of Sciences and Development of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASISD), National Institute of Science and Technology Policy (NISTEP), Korea Institute of S&T Evaluation and Planning (KISTEP) and Science and Technology Policy Institute (STEPI) to deepen trilateral STI exchange and cooperation. Over the last ten years, the mechanism has played a positive and constructive role in promoting the trilateral STI exchange and cooperation in STI, especially in STI policy.
