Abstract: Recently, the Government of the Russian Federation launched the reform and restructuring of Russian Academy of Sciences. The reform and restructuring involved in organization structure, state asset management and other aspects and received widely attention. This paper introduces the key points of the reform and restructuring and analyses its enlightenment.
