Abstract: In February 2010, Zhongguancun national indigenous innovation demonstration zone started stock rights incentive policy. Since then, several national innovation demonstration zones like East Lake zone, Zhangjiang zone and etc. started the pilot policy one after another. This report sums up the development of the policy and analyses the characteristics in different zones.
