Abstract: This survey showes that most of China's S&T professionals are willing to flow, especially like enterprise employees and young S&T professionals. The main motivation is to pursue the development space and professional competence. However, S&T professionals are reluctant to move to the middle and western areas. This paper gives suggestions on how to change this phenomenon.
