Abstract: Since the outbreak of the international financial crisis, China's enterprise transnational mergers and acquisitions have been increasing, one of the important reasons is to obtain international innovation resources. However, in transnational merger and acquisition, China's enterprises do not have enough attention to the core technologies and intellectual property rights, there are some problems there such as lack of experience, poor investment environment and lack of related services. This requires our government to actively guide and perfect the technology supporting service system of transnational mergers and acquisitions, to strengthen technology support for enterprise transnational mergers and acquisitions, and to improve the environment of technology enterprise investment.
