Abstract: Since the late 1990s, "Creative Agriculture" has become a new agricultural developmental model. It increasingly emerges in UK, Germany, Netherlands, Japan and other countries. Recently, it develops rapidly in Beijing, Shanhai, Sichuan and other regions in China and gradually becomes the new engine of agricultural modernization. This paper studies its feature, type and basic developmental condition and combs the development of innovative agricultural conditions, status and issues. It also gives suggestions on the better development of "Creative Agriculture" in China.
