95th Report in 2012: Suggestions for the Replaced Policy of the Accreditation of National Independent Innovation Products

Abstract: Although the government stopped the accreditation of national independent innovation products on July 1, 2011, we still need other policies to stimulate innovation. This paper takes Beijing as a case study, and gives some suggestions on the replaced policies.
