Abstract: Since entering WTO, foreign trade develops fast in China, but at the same time China suffers the most investigations of anti-subsidy. Since the first anti-subsidy investigation of coated paper in America, there have been more than 30 times of anti-subsidy investigation. This paper analyses the anti-subsidy investigation of aluminium profile, including ruling basis, subsidy program and subsidy type. Based on the existing problems of current STI policies, this paper gives some policy suggestions.
