Abstract: This paper is the third report of all sample questionnaire analysis of national innovative enterprises. The performance of technological innovation input of enterprises is the key of technological innovation investigation and also the focus of innovation policy. Based on the framework of "enterprise scale-innovation--type-project funding--results of innovation", this paper systematically analyses the prominent features of technological innovation project expenditure of innovative enterprises and the economic effects. It found that for current innovative enterprises, the expenditure of their technological innovation project are mostly under 300 million RMB, and they mainly working on developing brand new products. Finally, it gives some suggestions according to such situation.
