Abstract: Universities are very important in new diversified rural S&T service system. In China, agricultural universities distribute nationwide and positively spread rural S&T in local areas. This paper describes the distribution of China's agricultural universities and summarizes their exploration and practice in rural S&T service. Then it proposes relative policy suggestions for universities to play a better role in system building.
