Abstract: Setting bank of S&T is an effective way to promote the development of SMEs by solving their financing difficulties. This paper analyses current theory and practice experience of domestic bank of S&T, and compares them with Silicon Valley Bank. It also proposes the weakness of developing bank of S&T in China and discusses its future operation mode.
