Abstract: After the introduction of German innovation system, this paper analyses its typical features, such as highly-specialized intermediary service institution, enterprises' healthy innovation environment, clear division of responsibilities in public scientific research institutes and education system. It summarizes the revelations and proposes relevant policy suggestions.
