Abstract: This paper, based on the field study of kiwi fruit in Dujiangyan city, demonstrates the results of agriculture operation in large scale. Land conversion and large-scale operation have achieved many good results, such as made better use of land and improve the productivity, increased peasants' income, promoted the modern and scientific agriculture, etc. But at the same time, it also brings some new problems such as management challenges, instability of agricultural production and rural society, etc. This paper gives some suggestions on countermeasures for these new challenges.
