Abstract: Evermore Software was known as a typical example of self-reliant innovation for the reason that it has developed the integrated Office of high performance. But the fact that it faced collapse, which was due to his unsatisfying sales status and the reorganization of enterprises, leads us to ponder the problem of supporting self-reliant innovation and protecting the financial assistance for technological research achievements.
