Abstract: Basing on the analysis of the transformation of Korean industrial development strategies, this thesis summarizes Korean major measures in helping medium and small-sized enterprises with development, and promoting the cooperation among large and medium-sized enterprises. It proposes that China should push large and medium-sized enterprises to "Longitudinal Alliance", build comprehensive segments of market service system, and popularize the technology financing mode of medium and small-sized enterprises to promote the innovation of China's medium and small-sized enterprises and the coordinated development of large and medium-sized enterprises.
