Abstract:Currently, China needs to produce a new governmental procurement system to protect domestic industry and support indigenous STI. This report summarized and analysed America's governmental procurement system. According to the experience of developed countries like America, this thesis gives Chinese government some policy suggestions on governmental procurement system.
