103rd Report in 2011: On Concerning the New Rural STI Service System Construction

Abstract: China is constructing a new rural STI service mode in developing its modern agriculture. This article summarizes the features of this mode and also proposes the basic frame of new rural STI service system. It also gives government some politic suggestions.
