Abstract: For years, America keeps increasing its "Energy Star" plan. They enlarged the scope of product certification, improved the products' technological standard, and funded more into the plan.There are more and more organizations jointing this plan, and the plan's authentication mechanism also becomes more rational. With the help of governments' beneficial policies, this plan has widely promoted the application of highly efficient and energy saving products. It also brings significant influence to the world. This report believes that under this context, China's exportation will encounter lots of technical barriers. It suggests that China should keep improving its technical level and strengthen the efficiency of authentication work.
