Abstact: Recently, it becomes a consensus among American senior leaders that America is welcoming a new period of satellites. This is not only a precaution response to China's technology progress, but also an essential factor for Obama's reappointment. We should realize that there is a big gap between Chinese and American innovation competence. This report suggests that China should start a national technology survey and communicate more with America.
