Abstract: From the perspective of entrepreneurial subject, S&T envoies can be divided into two types: " exogenesis ", and " endogeny ". The two types of envoies brought diversified mechanisam modes in rural S&T entrepreneurial service. Classifying of S&T envoies and related investigation, this report summarizes all different mechanism modes and gives related policy suggestions.
