Abstract: Contributing one’s technology to become a shareholder has become an important way in S&T achievements. Basing on the research, this thesis analyses current situation and problems in contributing China’s universities’ and research institutes’ technology to become shareholders. It also introduces American universities’ successful experience and gives some suggestions to China.
