4th Report in 2011: America, Britain and Japan Distribute Intellectual Property Income and Its Revelation to China

Abstract: Developed countries like America, Britain, and Japan give the intellectual property ownership to the inventors’ departments. Each department makes their own income distributive rule. Most of the income goes to the inventors’ departments or labs, and there is a limitation of personal. At present, China is in the process of transforming S&T achievements, but there are some factors that obstruct the transformation in income distribution policy. As a result, referring the experience from developed countries will afford some beneficial revelations for China.
