Abstract: This article summarizes the developing progress of Korean risk investment industry. It analyzes the scale, capital component, risk investment activities, investment level distribution, and exit of the Korean risk investment industry in recent 10 years. Korea took the following ways to support the development of risk investment industry. Firstly, they strengthened developing the risk investment system and properly handle the relationship between government and market. Secondly, they innovated some ways to support the risk investment constantly and gave the risk investment enterprises, institutes and individuals preferential tax policies. Thirdly, they built the angle investment network and perfect risk capital market. On the basis of thinking the current situation of the development of China’s risk investment industry, this article offers some proposals.
