111th Report in 2010: Present Situations, Issues, and Countermeasures of Intellectual Property Rights Management in Innovative Enterprises

Abstract: The intellectual property rights (IPR) system, as part of the enterprise system, is critical to technology innovation. Based on survey of practices in innovation in innovative enterprises, the article summarizes the present situations in IPR management in innovative enterprises, identifies restraining factors in the IPR system, and draws some experiences for IPR system building in system innovation.
