82nd Report in 2010: New Trend in International Industrial Transfer and China’s Countermeasures

Abstract: The middle and west regions in China play a prominent role in receiving international industrial transfer with the substantially reduced transfer scale post-crisis as well as increased interest on consumption market of the host country, close combination of R&D center and production transfer, new hot spots of emerging industries, and fiercer competition on energy, raw materials, and technological and science research results. Therefore, China shall strive to gain new competitive advantages for the future through providing effective guidance to regional development strategies, fully exploiting market strategic resources, promoting combination of technological transfer with production transfer, and expediting development and commercialization of key technologies for emerging industries.
