Abstract: Experiences in China and from abroad demonstrate that international cooperation in various forms is important for fast development of science and technology in China. Measures like establishing large platform for international cooperation, strengthening the role of the enterprises, introduction of top talents, and development of international strategies for science and technology development shall be adopted to overcome some restrictions in international cooperation, strengthening the cooperation and promoting fast development of science and technology in China.
