Abstract: With the study on innovative way of development adopted by China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation under the guidance of system engineering, the article delves into issues like strategic roadmap for business innovation, innovation of system and mechanism, supporting systems for R&D, management of intellectual property rights, way to build a coherent talent team, brand building, marketing, and innovative culture building. In an effort to summarize experiences from innovation of complex product and rules for cultivating emerging industries, the article provides supports to formulate related policies in China.
